After spending the past month collecting information, taking photographs, and wracking my brain over the most eloquent ways to describe Capacitops, the Design Competition report is FINALLY DONE!  Once the faculty advisors and I reviewed and revised the 16-page document this afternoon, copies were made and sent off to the IGVC judges.  We think it is terrific.  Now, all we can do is wait until June 10th to see if the judges agree.  *Crosses fingers*
